Just a Little Closer.

      As of TODAY, Sunday, February 9th, 2014 at 9:00 am, I am just a little closer to my Business rebuilding financial goal.  Total Co$t : $50,000.  The Remaining balance I need is : $ 49,000.  I am now $1,000 closer to my Goal and getting closer to having the money ready to pay for my Property Management Business re-opening.  Once I get my Property Management Business open again, I can also begin offering jobs to Americans and help support the economy.

      I wanted to say thank you to the kind people who are helping to push me and my company forward.  I am getting closer to my goal and pushing as hard as I can while trying to sustain myself and my family currently.  Every penny counts.  I am inching my way closer to the rebirth of my company.  

      As of today, Wednesday, February 5th, 2014 at 11:00 am, I am $100 closer to my $50,000 goal.  My current remaining balance is : $49,900.  Once I achieve my goal, I will be obtaining more properties for future affordable rentals.

One Step Closer...

      Well, it's official !  I am NOW One Step Closer to getting my Property Management Company restarted.  As of 8:00 AM this morning, February 3rd, 2014, I now have my First DONATION, It's a small start but it's a start.  $20 down and 49,980 to go, YAY !!!!

New Beginning...

      Welcome to my NEW fund raising blog.  Everyone knows that times are tough.  I believe in hard work.  However, sometimes in life, you have to set aside your fears and NOT be afraid to ask for a little help.  YES, I am asking for donations to do something that will allow me to WORK for a better life !  My father always said : You can give a man a fish and feed him for a day...  OR you can teach a man HOW to fish so he can just feed HIMSELF for a lifetime !  

      My small young Property Management business (like many others) was devastated when the country crashed back in 2008.  My company primarily focused on providing Affordable Housing to low income families.  I was also PROUD to provide jobs to Hard Working AMERICANS.  

      Since that time, the country has been greatly rebounding and rebuilding.  It is now the perfect time for the rebuilding and 2nd coming of FPM.  I am seeking to raise $50,000 to restart my company that is 100% focused on stabilizing AMERICAN Families and providing jobs to our AMERICAN People.  Will you please click the DONATION button to help ?
